We are looking for an experienced, driven and hands-on Chief of Staff to support our CEO to transform our business and help us further scale our company. As the CEO's right-hand, you will provide critical support to the leadership team and thereby have an impact on top-level decision making while gaining extensive insights into a rapidly growing international company. Next to leading important projects you will be facilitating collaboration between our international entities, while managing and building teams to grow our organization.

Deine Aufgaben
  • You will serve as the right-hand and collaborative partner to the CEO and act as a multifunctional interface between individual stakeholders and divisions. 
  • You engage in strategic planning and day-to-day operations, collaborating cross-functionally to drive initiatives and ensure the organization exceeds targets.
  • You will play a key role in:
    • Enhancing and optimizing our Arethia Operation Model.
    • Defining and refining processes and interfaces for international operations (intercompany).
    • Driving business development and growth management, including overseeing commercial operations, conducting market analysis, and contributing to M&A initiatives.
    • Contributing to the overall strategy of the organization.
  • You assist the CEO in leading important projects, collaborating with top legal, consulting and financial partners. Your role involves creating financial models and helping make key decisions on budgeting and resource allocation.
  • You prepare, lead and follow up on our monthly leadership meetings, develop and make sure that our KPI & OKR-Systems are aligned and on track. 
  • You act as a company builder, work on new processes/tools with PMO/IT and (interim-wise) lead teams in different functions.
Minimum Qualifikationen
  • You love (food) flavours & fragrances and want to be a key part of our mission to co-create products that people love.
  • You have an understanding of modern management discipline and “today´s best practices”.
  • You have 2 years of experience  in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking or high-growth start-up.
Vorteilhafte Qualifikationen
  • Work experience: 3+ years of experience in dynamic working environments in a data-driven role, consulting, or business development.
  • Education: Graduation/MBA degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
  • Growth mindset: Strong pursuit of improvement and a proven track record of making an impact in a rapidly growing global organization.
  • Project excellence: Proven experience in developing, communicating and executing company-wide projects as well as a deep understanding of financial metrics and end-to-end processes.
  • Efficient execution: You have strategic thinking and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. You work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines, displaying persistence in overcoming challenges.
  • Collaborator: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Communicator: Excellent English and German language skills (spoken, written).
