Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Manager to support our strategic growth agenda across multiple business areas. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and executing growth opportunities, managing cross-border initiatives, and ensuring organizational alignment with our long-term objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Mission

Strategy & Execution

• Support the identification and evaluation of growth and improvement opportunities along the companies value chain and lead respective organisational development initiatives.
• Drive our strategic planning process and work with senior leadership to ensure operational plans align with long-term objectives.

CRM & Sales Excellence

• Own the CRM strategy, ensuring optimal system design, data integrity, and integration with business processes to maximize sales performance.
• Analyze global sales performance data, identify trends, and lead initiatives that drive revenue growth.

International Expansion

• Manage intercompany projects including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry, ensuring alignment with company strategy, while tracking performance through clear KPIs.
• Strengthen cross-border operations by optimizing processes and systems, ensuring compliance with local requirements and consistent product standards across regions.

Organizational Alignment

• Ensure company-wide communication of strategic priorities, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement at all levels.
• Champion the adoption and effective use of collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence), driving knowledge-sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a related strategic role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in high performing sales environments and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and data visualization tools.
• Experience in managing international projects and working in multicultural environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in cross-border business.
• Proficiency in using agile collaboration software like Confluence and Jira.
