Your Mission
Sales Support : You assist the sales team with preparing proposals and managing client communication throughout the sales cycle. In that function you collaborate with Product Management and R&D and facilitate communication within the team. You support our sales team in organizing customer visits and business trips and are working closely with our Marketing and Finance team.
Account Management: You supervise account activities and order fulfilment by our Customer Service team. You handle all escalations and are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for your assigned accounts. For small accounts you also take commercial responsibilities for upselling and growing our business.
Reporting: You generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights into account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices with our Customer Excellence team.
