Senior Business Analyst – Process Automation (m/f/d)

Role description

As part of our Digitalisation & Process Innovation department, you will be responsible for Process Intelligence & Innovation, where the focus is on improving processes and enabling smarter decisions through data. You will collaborate with automation, AI, and data science teams to identify opportunities, shape the application and data landscape, and deliver impactful projects that enhance efficiency and transparency. In this role, you will help drive the company’s digital transformation by improving the company’s processes end to end while building valuable skills in process innovation and emerging technologies, with clear opportunities to grow your expertise and career internationally.

Your Mission

Assess processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define actionable solutions.
Define the needs for application and data landscape to enable automation and AI integration.
Coordinate with AI and autoamtion teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Lead innovation projects from initiation to implementation with measurable impact.
Document findings and support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process assessment, automation, or digital transformation.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management experience in digital transformation or process innovation initiatives.
Experience with process intelligence tools and automation platforms.
Exposure to designing application landscapes and system integrations.
Familiarity with AI applications, data product development, or machine learning concepts.
Ability to mentor or support key-user communities and knowledge sharing.
