As Commercial Operations & Growth Manager you are supporting the Managing Director and working closely with the regional commercial teams to drive commercial execution and growth. Based in our UAE sales hub, the role combines commercial strategy, business development, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on turning strategic priorities into measurable results.
Lead our regional commercial team and contribute to the development and execution of regional commercial strategies for our business segments.
Translate global strategy into clear local priorities, targets, and action plans.
Develop value propositions, pricing frameworks, and commercial models for new markets and products.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in key regions (e.g. Middle East, Africa).
Support and lead market entry, account strategies, and customer development initiatives.
Shape and progress complex, multi-country commercial opportunities with Sales Managers.
Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and conversion of strategic opportunities.
Coordinate quarterly and annual commercial planning cycles.
Drive effective use of CRM, sales processes, and performance management standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial strategy or commercial operations, with a proven track record of driving growth and execution in a B2B environment.
Experience operating in a multi-brand commercial environment, aligning priorities and execution across brands to support growth objectives.
High level of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
Solid working knowledge of sales relevant IT-system (CRM, ERP/Dynamics) and data analytics tools (advanced Excel skills, PowerBI, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior leadership and challenge constructively.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
