Service & Delivery
- Identify, set up and plan projects with the Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination
- Manage project execution and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
- Track and document project progress and proactively follow up on open topics
Customer Requests & Tenders
- Coordinate and support the execution of customer tenders (e.g. RFIs/RFQs)
- Ensure structured processing of customer project requests and requirements
- Work closely with internal experts to provide timely and consistent responses
Service & Delivery
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and reliable service towards the customer
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for project-related topics
- Support the implementation of customer-specific services and processes
- Coordinate technical topics and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, key account support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Business proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
