Role description

In this role you will be leading the team of procurement specialists and you will be driving the sourcing strategies that enable company to deliver exceptional flavors to customers worldwide. You will actively lead, develop and strengthen the team, work with the global supply network, and negotiate competitive conditions and pricing to secure the best value for the business. Your understanding of production processes will allow you to align procurement decisions with technical requirements and business goals, ensuring that every ingredient meets our high standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams (RnD, Production, Quality, Sales), you will contribute directly to creating unique taste experiences while optimizing cost and supply reliability. This position offers opportunities to deepen your expertise in leadership and global procurement, build strong international partnerships, and grow into broader leadership roles within our global procurement organization.

Your Mission

  • Lead and develop strong procurement team (both direct and indirect procurement)
  • Strengthen collaboration with suppliers and vendors from our global network
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term agreements to secure competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (RnD, Sales, Quality, etc.) to align sourcing decisions with technical and innovation requirements
  • Establish collaboration across offices (Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland, UAE)
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and delivery standards
  • Create and execute procurement strategy to support company’s growth
  • Ensure raw materials availability and constant production process 
  • Optimize procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Procurement, Business Administration, Chemical/Food technology or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or direct procurement of physical goods; experience within FMCG, flavor, or food industries is considered a strong plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience, including managing and developing procurement or supply chain teams.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and business objectives.
  • Experience working within a multinational or global organization, with exposure to international suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong business communication skills in English (minimum CEFR B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, drive procurement initiatives, and support operational excellence in a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in global sourcing and managing supplier relationships across multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong understanding of flavor, food ingredient, or specialty chemical supply chains, including relevant quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in cost analysis, cost modeling, spend management, and market intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous process improvements across procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships.
