- Manage and maintain flavour formulations, product data, and recipe information in global ERP systems.
- Create and update flavour formulations based on customer requirements, raw material changes, portfolio harmonisation initiatives, and regulatory updates.
- Transfer customer and R&D formulations into commercial products and manufacturing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of flavour master data and product portfolio structures.
- Develop and maintain standard solutions, premixes, and raw material replacement concepts.
- Support production recipes, manufacturing processes, scale-up activities, and production optimisation.
- Act as key user and technical support contact for R&D-related systems and tools (ERP, CRM, sensory, BI, flavour management systems).
- Drive continuous improvement of flavour development processes, data governance, and ways of working.
- Support data analyses, portfolio reviews, and R&D digitalisation initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management resources.

Your Mission
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Flavour Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical qualification with relevant industry experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in flavour development, technical flavour management, product stewardship, or a related role within the flavour, food, or ingredients industry.
- Understanding of flavour formulations, food ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and product data management (e.g. NAV, Business Central, PLM).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, formulation changes, and technical documentation.
- Structured and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
