Pemeliharaan Fasilitas – Mengelola pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif fasilitas gedung serta mesin produksi, Memantau kondisi infrastruktur mekanikal, elektrikal, pemipaan, HVAC, genset, dan sistem proteksi kebakaran, Menyusun dan mengawasi jadwal pemeliharaan fasilitas secara rutin.

Manajemen Inventaris & Pengadaan – Mengelola inventaris fasilitas, peralatan, dan suku cadang operasional, Mengatur pengadaan suku cadang dan kebutuhan fasilitas sesuai anggaran yang disetujui.

Supervisi & Koordinasi – Melakukan supervisi terhadap tim internal dan vendor dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan fasilitas, Berkoordinasi dengan departemen internal dan pihak eksternal terkait operasional fasilitas.

Keamanan & Kepatuhan – Memastikan keamanan fasilitas gedung dan area kerja tetap terjaga, Menerapkan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar K3L dan HACCP.

]]> Minimum Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal Diploma / sederajat, diutamakan bidang teknik atau bidang terkait.

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan.

Memiliki kemampuan analitis, pengorganisasian, dan komunikasi yang baik.

Memahami dan mampu menerapkan K3L dan HACCP dalam operasional fasilitas.

Bersedia bekerja sesuai standar perusahaan dan menjaga kerahasiaan informasi.

]]> Preferred Qualifications

Memahami dasar mekanikal, elektrikal, pemipaan, HVAC, genset, dan sistem pemadam kebakaran.

Dapat mengoperasikan handstacker.

Memiliki SIO.

Memiliki pengalaman pemeliharaan fasilitas mesin produksi dan gedung, terlebih di industri flavors atau tembakau.
